On Thursday, 29th June Fish4Africa hosted a lovely Seafood MasterClass in association with Capsicum Culinary Studio for our Mother’s Day competition winners.
The event took place at Capsicum’s student kitchen with Chef and Lecturer Ashton Robertson showing our winners how to prepare a delicious 3 course meal consisting of:
- Moules Mariniére (a delightful mussel starter),
- a delicious Thai broth with egg noodles and sole served as a main and
- Créme Brêlée for dessert.
The winners walked away with fantastic insights and new skills about how to prepare certain types of fish and seafood in a masterful way.
